1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MyBélé services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Service Description
MyBélé is a subscription-based platform that provides users with 10% discounts at participating local businesses through QR code technology. Our service connects subscribers with partner restaurants, cafes, and other businesses to offer exclusive savings.
3. Subscription Terms
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically at $4.99 per month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.
4. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of their account. Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Sharing of QR codes or account access with others is prohibited.
5. Business Model & Partner Compensation
We compensate partners based on a revenue sharing model.
6. Discount Terms
Discounts are valid only at participating partner businesses and must be redeemed through the official MyBélé QR code system. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. MyBélé reserves the right to modify discount percentages or participating businesses at any time.
7. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. User data is protected using industry-standard security measures. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MyBélé platform remain the property of MyBélé or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
MyBélé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. MyBélé reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, access to discounts and services will cease immediately.
12. Modifications to Terms
MyBélé reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be resolved in French courts.
